Stephanie is a principal UX consultant & trainer at Zühlke, Switzerland. She works for clients from various industries and consults and supports them in user-centric development of software and products. She lectures and provides training on UX and requirements engineering at the university of applied science in Bern, at companies and international conferences.
Markus Flückiger
Markus Flückiger is a UX Consultant working at Zühlke, Switzerland. He bridges the gap between users and technology in software and product development and consults clients in how to integrate UX in agile development. Markus lectures UX and requirements engineering at the university of applied science in Bern and is a member of council of the master in HCID at the HSR. Markus also co-wrote one handy book: ”UX and Usability Kompakt” and one a bit longer about the brain’s perspective on software engineering.

After a management career in ICT and some startup experience Martin Steinmann runs his own consultancy business now for 20 years. He published on bridging the innovation gap and is an active member of swissfuture. His background is economist with an EMBA degree of Université de Fribourg (Suisse).
Dr. Daniel Boos
Daniel is an experienced leader, a digital work and user experience expert. He has been educated in user research, socio-technical system design and digital transformation. For more than a decade, he has been committed to apply human-centred design approaches in organizations to increase their user centricity and to improve the user experience of their products and services. As a leader, he relies on agile leadership principles, both for his team and for company wide collaboration. Daniel Boos is product owner user experience services at the main public transportation company in Switzerland.
Henning Brau
Henning Brau is a UX management specialist with 20 years of experience in implementing UX Design Processes in big organizations. As program manager „User-centered technologies“ for Daimler R&D Henning took responsibility in rolling out UX management processes into the company IT. In his later role as Director UX for User Interface Design GmbH (UID) he managed a team of 20 UX researcher and designer, and he consulted international clients in implementing user-centered design processes. Since 2015 he is accountable for raising the UX maturity as Lead UX Management Strategist for BSH Home Appliances. He co-authored a book on Usability Testing and was board member for the International UX Partners (IUXP). He was also president of the German UPA.
Leena Majaranta
Leena is an experienced UX leader with a history of working in various advertisement, E-Business and UX disciplines as a professional. Since 2014 her main activity is to evangelize and establish UX at the Swiss Post Ltd, where she leads a Team of UX professionals.
Helen Jampen
Helen lives and works in Bern as UX specialist at the Swiss Post Ltd. Originally a trained designer, she has studied Design Management International and Service Design at HSLU and worked as consultant.
