[1] Here the questions appears to me what is meant with “the problems of the others”? When it comes to products and services at the end of the day the problems of the others are always also our problems. Those problems are always interdisciplinary ones, it seems to me. The question actually seems to point to the discussion thread around ‘interdisciplinarity and UX’ which has to be looked at closer.
